The Resolutions of the Congress of the PARS Organization and the Committee for Overthrow

1) Negotiations with the western powers so that they will withdraw their support of the Islamic regime and stop the extension of the religious fundamentalism and Islamic terrorism in favor of the support of the overthrow and the installation of democracy in the process of a natural and humane society.

2) Negotiations with the western powers for the putting in place of economic projects of the PARS Organization which, after the overthrow, will guarantee the interests of the Iranian people all while assuring above all those of the western world in the long term.

3) Evidently, the installation of democracy, a free political climate, the well being, social justice, and the creation of a propitious climate with economic prosperity for the growth of the national richness realized by the Iranian people themselves and thanks to the participation and the assistance of all, the independence and the territorial integrity of Iran will be preserved and defended.

4) In this process, the western world should evade from creating political-economical obstacles and politico-socio obstacles as well at the interior of Iran as well as abroad; in exchange, the future government of Iran will do all that it can to uphold a free economy (market economy) and globalization, as well as the lifted of economic borders.

5) We assure a clear and flourishing future with the relations between Iran, the United States, and Israel. Bilateral relations and multilateral relations will be put in place for the installation of the project of the common market of the Great East (economic project of the PARS Organization in the region) in order to harmonize the regional economy with that of the western world, thanks to which the well being and the social justice will stretch out through the whole of the region.

6) Contrary to the Islamic regime, we have no animosity towards any country. Our objective will be for Iran to participate in economic and industrial projects in the western world, which will lead the former Iran into the birth of a developed, modern, and glorious Iran. It is in this way that Iran will step out of its situation of passivity and will become a powerful country, will participate in the putting in place of the economic and social worldly politic. Thus, the great people of Iran will participate in the assurance of politico-socio, economical, and secure stability and will guarantee peace not only in the region but across the world.

7) The PARS Organization and the Committee for Overthrow wish, through the projects and plans of (in both short and long term,) for the future overthrow in Iran, to be able to influence the politico-economic and social structure of the region and the world; to be able to arrive at a compromise with the western world, for the putting in place of humanitarian projects which will guarantee the peace, security, and happiness of the people. These projects are inscribed in humanitarian objectives. The victory of the Iranian people will be thus that of humanity. Then all will direct themselves in the sense of the PARS Organization and the Committee for Overthrow, the national uprising will be realized with the collaboration of the Iranian people, the various armies under the direction of our organization and we will construct together a free Iran, prosperous and glorious.

8) Today, neither radio nor television has seen a day without the support of the western countries and we have been witnesses that all are directed in the sense of the continuation of Islamic power in IRAN. We hope that one day they will be placed under the service of the Iranian people and their wishes, that is to say the reversal of the regime of the mollahs.

9) We do not collaborate with any politico-socio group. This does not signify that we reject them. Nevertheless, given the bad experiences and the permanent reversals, we prefer that the victory of the Pure Movement of Overthrow be realized thanks to the collaboration of the Iranian people with the support of the National Army and the Army of Guardians under the direction of the PARS Organization and the Committee for Overthrow.

10) I, Armand Nouri, if I accept the direction of the Pure Movement of Overthrow, in these crucial moments in the history of our Party, this does not signify that, from now, that I have decided the future of Iran and that I desire to replace the functions with a president of the Republic or a monarchy. If, in the future of the overthrow, through free and democratic elections, I do not have the majority of the votes of the Iranian people, I will be a simple soldier in the PARS Party who will defend to the end the independence, liberty, and territorial integrity of Iran and the interests as well as rights of the Iranian people.

11) Our objective, through the Pure Movement of Overthrow, does not consist of taking power in Iran. Our objective is the annihilation of the enemies of Iran through the mobilization of patriotism and the attachment to the destiny of our country near and dear to all Iranians. Many among them have lost their feelings of patriotism, have become insensible to the destiny of their country, and tired with the agitations of western politicians and the 5th column. We, responsible members of the PARS Organization, consider it as our task to enter into the Iranian territory and its culture and to inflame the fire that burns beneath the cinders so that each Iranian becomes an absorbing part in the destiny of his or her country.
Son of Iran, be confident and powerful, “together we are not alone,” and thanks to the mutual aid of all, Iran will be liberated by its children.

12) The Committee for Overthrow gathers together patriots, active in different politico-socio groups, which are composed of republicans, partisans of the constitutional monarchy which nourishes fundamental contradictions in the regard of the religious family of the Pahlavi, and the ancient Moudjahiddines of the People. They oppose themselves against the current responsible members of these organizations. Patriotic leftist Parties, socio-democratic Iranians, will participate in the movement of the well being of the Iranian people in the future of the overthrow.
As we have affirmed many times, “Iran knows neither left nor right,” and all should take responsibility for the annihilation of the enemies of Iran.
The members of the Committee for Overthrow are combatants for the voice of liberty, those in love with Iran, for the Iranian people and in desiring their well being, liberty, and social justice for all Iranians in the future after the overthrow of the current regime.
The ideal and the strategy of all the members of the Committee are the overthrow of the Islamic regime. In the future, after our victory, they will participate in the construction of a democratic society where each individual, in the context of their organization or party, would be able to take part in the reconstruction of the country.

13) For particular reasons raising conditions at the interior of Iran as well as the exterior, from the absence of conformity of western diplomacies with the project of overthrow, negotiations with which the PARS Organization and the Committee for Overthrow cannot divulge their identity. Nevertheless, the Iranian people should know that there still exist patriots of different politico-socio and economic tendencies who only think of Iran and promise this day (the day of the national uprising) all these patriots, they will be present through a provisory government.

14) On the day of our victory, the leading criminals of the Islamic regime, the leaders of the politico-socio groups and organizations who have played a role in the 5th column against the movement of overthrow and collaborated for 27 years with the Islamic regime will be judged at the mercy of the Iranian people. However, the innocent members of the these organizations will be able to, in naming patriotic and virtuous leaders at the interior of Iran, create their structure and participate in a democratic life, in elections in particular as well as filling posts on responsibility in the service of the Iranian people.

15) I, Armand Nouri, demand to the members and sympathizers of political groups, conscious of the treason of their leaders, to renounce them in these historic moments, against their personal and fleeting interests, to rejoin the patriotic ranks of the Pure Movement of Overthrow, and to inform the population at the interior of the country the aspirations of our movement. Today, our country needs its children in order to assure liberty, progress and glory in order to ensure future days filled with liberty and development to its children.
