Charter for the Overthrow of the Islamic Dictatorship in Iran

Principles of the Charter of the Committee

The Islamic republic is responsible for the systematic violation of human rights and the cultural destruction of the Iranian nation, considered foreign by its leaders.
The Committee for Overthrow of the Islamic regime gives itself the mission of the destitution of the regime, uniting all the Iranians in love with liberty, in order to install a State of law, legitimacy through the real practice of universal suffrage.
The Committee inspires the following principles:

1. Strict separation between religion and the affairs of the State. Protection of the liberty to practice whichever religion desired on the basis of secularity.

2. Putting in place of a government descending from the Parliamentary majority driving solely the politic of the country under the control of deputies.

3. Application of a multiparty system in a legal context.

4. Honoring once again Iranian culture.

5. Equality of all before the law. Respect of the essential liberties conforming to the charter of the Declaration of Human Rights.

6. Adhesion to a liberal economy system moderated by the control of the State.

The Committee for Overthrow of the Islamic regime of Iran proclaims its support of forces opposing said regime. It demands solemnly that all Iranians united, at both the exterior and the interior of the country, in order to overthrow the Islamic dictatorship which is raging throughout the country.
