Declaration

The Committee for Overthrow of the Islamist regime in Iran attracts your attention upon the rapidly rising degradation of the political, economical, material, and social situations in Iran.
The dictatorial regime, in order to maintain its command, imposes through force and constraint a social order which becomes more and more precarious each day.
The Islamist power indeed does not cease to multiply the sums of flagellations and executions or the extensive use of torture. The most elementary individual liberties are scoffed at and the press muzzled. Today no sign can any longer bear witness to any democracy whatsoever in a country handed over to dictatorship.
It is nevertheless necessary to state that in spite of such a situation, the European Union has never ceased to maintain, indeed to develop and reinforce, their economic and political ties with a regime that has shown itself to be an enemy declared to be against human rights.
It is also necessary to bear witness to, here and now, the inexorable desire of the Iranian people and to chase the Islamists who have taken possession of the Iranian state through force.
In the following perspective, we instantly beg that the European Union revise without further delay their politic and unconditional support to the Islamic terrorist regime which has usurped Iranian power.
The Committee for Overthrow means through this declaration to remind the international public opinion that the Iranian people never accepted the regime of terror that the Islamists are currently imposing.
The Committee therefore calls to the European Community and the International Community to join their efforts together in order to aid the Iranian people and also to promote a universal mobilization which would allow for the chasing without any possible return of the Islamists, and furthermore the installation of a regime of peace and liberty in Iran with the active support of all nations and free men.
