The Constitutional Republic in Iran

The Republic is a system in which the persons in charge are elected by the people and must answer the claims of this one. Thus, in this definition, the adjectives democratic, popular, free, etc will be useless. However, an outline of the country managed by a system supposedly republican shows the vote for all and the popular will not no effect in their operation. Some of these Republics know even a hereditary system and a climate of terror and dictatorship reigns there. The majority of these republics are in the colonized countries. In these countries, colonialism always used its servants to repress the popular movements out of freedom and of right. Consequently the republican system lost its real direction. Also, with regard to Iran to be free and prosperous we want a Republic constitutional. In other words the constitutional republic will not exist that if it respects the will of the majority of the population with constructive objectives, patriotic and popular allowing human assets and economic, cultural revolution and the wellbeing of the Iranian people.

Points of view of the constitutional republic:
1) the modern and developed creation of a society in which the religion will be separated from government.
2) Economic, political and cultural revolution must go in the direction of the will of the majority of the population.
3) The relations between the people and the persons in charge for the constitutional republic will be managed by the civic laws with the popular will.
4) Iranian will profit from equal rights made abstraction of its religion, and its ethnic membership and its sex.
5) Cultural, ethnic and religious diversity will be recognized, autonomy and cultural and social freedoms will be recognized because the respect of the civic rights, as indicated in the charter of the rights of human, is not in contradiction with unity of the country.
6) Constructive contradictions and the various progressive ideas by the different political parties will make it possible to advance the Iranian company in all the fields.
7) Utilisation of the projects and the programs agricultural, industrial and mining and tourist and the free investment for augmentation of the capital and the national richness will allow amelioration of the wellbeing of the people and assurance of equality of the chances to all the individuals.
8) Of the human relations and equitable will be established between the workmen and the employers, between the employees and their persons in charge; the respect of social justice and thus the responsibilities of the government for assurance the social wellbeing for the people will be the rule.
9) The people will be supported by his government; any person will have the right to profit from housing, food, health and the social services necessary. Any person will profit from assistance in the event of unemployment, invalidity, of old age. The family, bases natural and fundamental company, will be supported by the authorities.
10) Any person will be free in the choice of thought, conscience and religion. She will be able to change religion and of faith in a collective or private way.
11) To in no case, these freedoms should not be against the interests of the country.
12) The mode of the constitutional republic will be popular and with the service for the majority of Iranian people

As one can see it, in the constitutional republic, the relations between the persons in charge will be controls by the popular will. Thus, the elected officials will be only executants whose legitimacy comes from the people and who will be brought to answer him as for their acts.
Within the framework of this structure which is continuously in evolution, we can resist the regional and international crises.
To achieve this goal, we have needed a social, cultural and economic upheaval in Iran. The misdeeds of the current mode in which the majority of the politicians, the intellectuals and the alleged opponents are submitted the abroad is the largest obstacle with the realization of this project.
Also, the first stage to achieve this goal consists with the setting a Cultural revolution and social by which one can accelerate the fall of the Islamic republic.
The Iranian people must be rebuilt: to think as Iranian, to act with Iranian. The good conduct, the good thought and the fine words and the good deed which are always guided through the centuries and leads us to the victories.
Currently, contrary to appearances, it does not exist in Iran an Islamic republic. What exists is a triangle of being able made up by the Moslem brothers, freemasonry and the Zionism whose nerve centre is in London. As well the Iranian people as the Americans and Europeans and even the countries of Eastern Asia are under the same neo-colonial system.
Today, because of the economic, political and social conditions, the Islamic mode is under changing. The triangular system acts as full act to prevent its destruction.
Today, the unity and the solidarity of all of the Iranians are the pledge of the victory of the freedom and movement for the Iranian constitutional republic.
